TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER'S SIDE SUN VISOR FELL DOWN AND FAILED TO REMAIN UPRIGHT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS ADVISED THAT THE SUN VISOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 74,000. *TR
