Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 GMC ACADIA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR BAG, THE STABILITY CONTROL, AND TRACTION CONTROL WARNING LIGHTS FAILED ALONG WITH THE DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHTS FAILED. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE ENGINE OVERHEATED AND THE POWER STEERING ALSO FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE LIGHT BULB WAS REPLACED BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE DEALER WAS ALSO UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE OTHER FAILURES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 33,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 112,000.
