TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 JEEP LIBERTY. THE CONTACT STATED SHE RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE TWO MONTHS AGO AND THE MANUFACTURER DID NOT SEND A FOLLOW UP LETTER REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PARTS FOR THE REPAIR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT SERVICED DUE TO PARTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. *TR
