Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 HONDA ODYSSEY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR LIFTGATE STRUTS WERE DEFECTIVE AND CAUSED THE DOOR TO CLOSE ABRUPTLY UPON ACCESSING. THE DOOR CLOSED ON THE CONTACTS FACE; HOWEVER, THERE WAS NO INJURY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 66,800.
