Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 GMC TERRAIN. THE CONTACT STATED THE LOCKS ON ALL FOUR DOORS LOCKED AND UNLOCKED INDEPENDENTLY. THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER FOR DIAGNOSIS BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE REPLICATED AND THE CONTACT WAS ADVISED TO BRING THE VEHICLE BACK WHEN THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 25,000.
