Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 GMC TERRAIN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DOOR LOCKS WERE TOO LOW IN THE DOOR PANEL TO REACH AND PULL UP IF THE AUTOMATIC MOTOR FAILED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SHE NOTIFIED THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PROBLEM AND THEY ADVISED HER TO CALL NHTSA TO SEE IF THERE WERE ANY OTHER COMPLAINTS SIMILAR TO HERS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
