TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 GMC ACADIA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED AND COULD NOT BE TURNED. THE CONTACT APPLIED EXCESSIVE FORCE TO THE STEERING WHEEL IN ORDER TO MANEUVER THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER FOR A DIAGNOSIS OR REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 80,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. *TR
