Consumer Description

I PURCHASED A 2011 DODGE DURANGO CREW V6 LAST YEAR AND I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH IT. WHEN I ACCELERATE AT ANY SPEED, MY VEHICLE DOES NOT RESPOND. THE VEHICLE JUMPS AND WOULD SHIFT GEARS. THE TRANSMISSION FEELS LIKE ITS SLIPPING AND DOES NOT HAVE THE POWER TO ACCELERATE. ALSO, WHEN I PRESS THE BRAKE THE BACK END MAKES A LOUD THUMPING NOISE LIKE ITS SHIFTING GEARS AND IT JERKS FORWARD. THE FIRST TIME I BROUGHT IT IN TO THE DEALERSHIP, THEY UPDATED THE SOFTWARE AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. I TOOK IT BACK IN TO THE DEALERSHIP AND HAD A MECHANIC RIDE WITH ME AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY ISSUES TO BE RESOLVED. *TR
