TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 BUICK LESABRE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE THE REAR WINDSHIELD DEFROSTING SYSTEM WAS ACTIVATED, THE REAR WINDSHIELD FRACTURED AND HAD BURNT MARKS ALONG THE FRAME TINTED AREA. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
