Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 LINCOLN MKZ. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE PARKING, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY ACCELERATED AND CRASHED INTO A BUILDING. THE CONTACT WAS NOT INJURED DURING THE CRASH AND THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DESTROYED. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO A DEALER HOWEVER, THE DEALER COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE ISSUE NOR DETECTED A DEFECT CODE DURING THE DIAGNOSTIC TEST. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 19,000.
