TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 MERCURY MONTEREY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE HAVING THE VEHICLE REPAIRED FOR UN UNRELATED ISSUE, HE WAS INFORMED THT THE SUB FRAME ENGINE CRADLE WAS SUFFERING FROM MASSIVE RUST AND WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED BUT OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 121,000.
