Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 BUICK ENCLAVE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MOLDING COVER FOR THE DRIVER'S SIDE SEAT CONTROLS FAILED. THE CONTACT STATED THE SEAT DID NOT STOP OPERATING, BUT THE WIRES FOR THE CONTROLS WERE EXPOSED HAPHAZARDLY. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER AND THE PART WAS REPLACED. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE CONTROLS WOULD HAVE FAILED IF THEY WERE NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 20,000.
