Consumer Description

WHEN FILLING UP WITH FUEL, WHEN THE AUTO SHUT OFF ENGAGES FUEL OVERFLOWS OUT. I HAD THIS ISSUE PREVIOUSLY, TOOK IT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND INDICATED THAT IT IS MOST LIKELY CAUSED BY A VALVE IN THE GAS TANK THAT IS THERE TO PREVENT AN EXPLOSION IN THE EVENT OF A ROLL OVER ACCIDENT. THE VALVE IS DEFECTIVE AND THUS GAS SPILLS OUT. THEY REPLACED THE FUEL TANK AND IT FIXED THE PROBLEM. LESS THAN ONE YEAR LATER THE SAME PROBLEM COMES BACK, BUT THEY WILL NO LONGER TAKE CAR OF IT BECAUSE NOW IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY. *TR
