Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DODGE AVENGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ELECTRONIC CONTROL THROTTLE ILLUMINATED WHILE DRIVING AT LOW SPEEDS AND THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE FAILURE WAS EXPERIENCED SEVERAL TIMES. THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO FUNCTION NORMALLY AFTER IT WAS RESTARTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURE WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 68,631. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 68,645.
