Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 TOYOTA RAV4. THE CONTACT NOTICED RODENTS INSIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THE RODENTS ALSO CAUSED DAMAGE TO THE AIR FILTER WHICH WAS REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER THREE TIMES FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM.
