Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 FORD TAURUS. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING A CAR DROVE THROUGH A STOP SIGN AND CRASHED INTO THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE OF HER VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE CONTACT AND THE PASSENGER SUSTAINED INJURIES. THE CONTACT STATED THE TOP HALF OF HER BACK COLLAPSED. THE CONTACT AND THE PASSENGER HAD SEVERAL CUTS AND BRUISES OVER THEIR BODY. THE PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG DEPLOYED BUT THE DRIVERS SIDE DID NOT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE BUT PROVIDED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 55,000.
