Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 TOYOTA COROLLA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH, THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A CURB AND THE BACK PASSENGER SIDE HUBCAP DETACHED FROM THE WHEEL. THE HUBCAP WAS REATTACHED. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER HUBCAP DETACHED FROM THE WHEEL WHILE DRIVING. THE HUBCAP WAS REPLACED BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 73,000.
