Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH AND HEARD A LOUD BANG FROM THE ENGINE. THE ENGINE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL AND BEGAN TO FLASH. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE ENGINE WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,915.
