TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD F150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HEADREST WAS BLOCKING HER VISIBILITY OF THE REAR WINDOW. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION WHERE THEY ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT THERE WERE SEVERAL COMPATIBLE HEAD RESTS THAT COULD BE INSTALLED ON THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED BUT PROVIDED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 13.
