Consumer Description

AS I WAS DRIVING, THE LEFT SIDE SUPPORT UNDER MY DRIVER SEAT BROKE. I BEGAN TO FALL BACKWARDS BUT WAS ABLE TO CATCH MYSELF BECAUSE I WAS TRAVELING AT SUCH A SLOW SPEED. TWO DAYS LATER, I TOOK MY CAR INTO MY DEALERSHIP EXPECTING THAT THEY WOULD REPAIR THIS GIANT SAFETY ISSUE WITH NO CHARGE TO ME. THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED A WHOLE NEW SEAT AND THE COST WOULD BE $1400. I RESPONDED BY SAYING IT SHOULD BE FREE TO FIX, BUT I WOULD PAY UP TO $500 IF THEY WERE TO FIX IT AND OFFER ME A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON BOTH THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER SEAT. THEY REFUSED AND WE ARE NOW AT A STALEMATE. *TR
