TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AS SHE ATTEMPTED TO POSITION THE REAR PASSENGER'S SEAT UPRIGHT, THE HEAD REST SLAMMED DOWN AND INJURED A CHILD PASSENGER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND BUT THEY PROVIDED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,200. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
