Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 CHEVROLET HHR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING, SHE HEARD A LOUD RUBBING SOUND NEAR THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT WHILE INFLATING THE TIRES SHE ENDED UP PUTTING 60 POUNDS OF PRESSURE DUE TO THE TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM MALFUNCTIONING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO DIAGNOSE THAT THE WHEEL BEARING NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 70,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
