Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 TOYOTA CAMRY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE TRAVELING 5 MPH AND MAKING A RIGHT TURN, THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL SEIZED AFTER BEING DEPRESSED AND THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A WALL. THE CRASH CAUSED CHEST INJURIES TO THE DRIVER. THE POLICE WERE CONTACTED AND REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.
