Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 GMC ENVOY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR BUTTONS FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE DOOR MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE DEALER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE WHO DID NOT OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE SINCE THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED ON ANY RECALLS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 84,600.
