Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 FORD F-250. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO DEALER FOR DIAGNOSIS WHERE THE STATED THAT THEY NEEDED TO REPLACE THE HEAD GASKET. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BUT THE VEHICLE STILL WOULD NOT START. THE DEALER THEN ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT THE FUEL MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT FURTHER REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED BUT PROVIDED NO ASSISTANCE, STATING THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT UNDER RECALL. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 173,000.
