Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 15 MPH AND ENGAGED THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WHEN THE TRANSMISSION BEGAN TO EXHIBIT HESITATION. THE FAILURE RECURRED CONSISTENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER THREE TIMES FOR THE DEFECT WHERE AN UNKNOWN REPAIR WAS PERFORMED REGARDING THE TRANSMISSION. THE PROBLEM PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100.
