Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE RAM 1500 EQUIPPED WITH BF GOODRICH RADIAL T TIRES, SIZE: P265-70-R17. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE VEHICLE EXHIBITED A LOUD, ABNORMAL NOISE. THE CONTACT COASTED ONTO THE SHOULDER, INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND DISCOVERED THAT ONE SIDE OF THE REAR PASSENGER TIRE WAS SEPARATED FROM THE RIM. THE FAILURE WAS CAUSED BY THREAD FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 132,196.
