TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE LIFTGATE FAILED. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT SHE WAS UNABLE TO OPEN THE LIFTGATE FROM THE INSIDE OR THE OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE SINCE IT DID NOT HAVE A KEY ENTRY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 126,000.
