Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS OPERATING WITH REDUCED POWER AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER WHERE THEY REPLACED THE ENGINE SEALS, CATALYTIC CONVERTER AND THE THROTTLE BODY. THE FAILURE WAS NOT CORRECTED AND PERSISTED. THE DEALER THEN ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT THE ENGINE WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE ENGINE WAS NOT REPLACED. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 147,000 AND THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
