Consumer Description

YOU CAN HEAR THE FUEL MOVING AROUND THE GAS TANK AND BANGING AGAINST THE GAS TANK WALLS WHENEVER I STOP. IT IS MOST SEVERE WHEN THE TANK IS FULL. I COMPLAINED TO THE HONDA DEALER WHERE I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE ABOUT THE NOISE. THE DEALER LET ME KNOW THAT THE NOISE I WAS HEARING WAS THE FUEL MOVING AROUND IN THE FUEL TANK, DUE TO A DESIGN CHANGE IN THE 2012 MODEL WHICH REMOVED THE FUEL TANK BAFFLES. THE DEALER WILL NOT FIX THIS ISSUE ON MY CAR. I CALLED AND WROTE TO HONDA DIRECTLY COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS ISSUE AND REQUESTING RESOLUTION AND THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED. *TR
