Consumer Description

DRIVING ON I-4 TRANSMISSION HEARD A "POP" SOUND, CAR HAD A HARD TIME GOING FROM A STOPPED POSITION TO MOVING. ADDED TRANSMISSION FLUID, WORKED FINE UNTIL THE NEXT DAY WHEN THE SAME THING HAPPENED. CAR ONCE ACCELERATED SEEMED TO ACCELERATE FASTER WITHOUT ME PUSHING ON THE ACCELERATOR. PURCHASED CAR 2 YRS AGO AND NOTICED A RANDOM HARD SHIFT EITHER WHEN ACCELERATING OR DECELERATING, NO MAJOR PROBLEMS TO TAKE IT ANYWHERE. HAD TRANSMISSION FLUID CHANGED AND FLUSHED SEEMED TO HELP PROBLEM UNTIL NOW. I HAVE 3 KIDS AND WITH THE PROBLEMS OF THIS NATURE COULD HAVE A SERIOUS IMPACT ON US FINANCIALLY NOT TO MENTION IF SOMETHING WERE TO HAPPEN WHILE DRIVING. OUR SAFETY AS WELL AS OTHERS COULD BE AT JEOPARDY. *TR
