Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DODGE AVENGER. THE CONTACT WAS PARKED AND SMELLED SMOKE. HE THEN NOTICED THERE WAS SMOKE COMING OUT OF THE RADIO. THE RADIO AND THE VEHICLE WERE BOTH QUICKLY TURNED OFF AND THE SMOKING CEASED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 54,000.
