Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE RAM 1500 QUAD CAB. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 30 MPH WHEN THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE TIRE DETACHED FROM THE VEHICLE, CAUSING IT TO FALL TO THE GROUND. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHO INSPECTED THE FAILURE AND ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT THE HUB WAS SEPARATED AND THE BEARINGS HAD LOST THEIR LUBRICATION. THE VEHICLE WAS LEFT WITH THE DEALER FOR REPAIRS. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 64,539.
