TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 VOLVO V70. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AUTOMATIC WINDOW WOULD NOT AUTOMATICALLY STOP WHEN ACTIVATED. AS A RESULT, THE WINDOW CLOSED ON A PASSENGER'S FINGER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 171,000.
