TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 TOYOTA SIENNA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE ATTEMPTING TO DRIVE INTO A RESIDENTIAL DRIVE WAY, HE APPLIED THE BRAKES AND THERE WAS AN INCREASE IN THE ENGINE RPMS. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT HE HAD TO SHIFT INTO PARK IN ORDER TO STOP THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 13,000.
