Consumer Description
MY NEW CAR WAS TOWED A NUMBER OF 4 TIMES. FIRST TIME CAR WAS ONLY 6 MOS OLD AND HAD 3000 MI ON IT. SECOND AND THIRD TIME HERITAGE CADILLAC SAID THEY WERE WORKING WITH ENGINEERS FROM CADILLAC TO TRY AND REPAIR. 4TH TIME THEY SAID COULDN'T FIX AND CAR WAS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE, COULD GET STRANDED IN IT.
