Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS 2007 CHRYSLER PACIFICIA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 1 MPH IN REVERSE, SHE HEARD A KNOCKING NOISE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER FOR A DIAGNOSIS AND THE DEALER STATED THAT THE ENGINE MOUNT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AND THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 73,000.
