TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 FORD ESCAPE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE WHEEL WELL AND THE SUB FRAME HAD RUSTED OUT. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED BY THEIR MECHANIC THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN INSPECTED BY THE DEALER. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 160,000. UPDATED 05/23/12
