TL* THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING A 2010 TOYOTA PRIUS. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 40 MPH WHEN THE VEHICLE STOPPED IN THE STREET. PRIOR TO THE VEHICLE STOPPING, A BEEPING/ALARM SOUNDED, THE SEAT BELT LOCKED IN PLACE AND THE WARNING ON THE DASHBOARD FLASHED BRAKES.
