TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 DODGE RAM 2500. THE CONTACT STATED THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR WOULD NEITHER LOCK NOR UNLOCK. THE CONTACT SPOKE WITH A DEALER AND WAS TOLD THAT THE MOTOR FOR THE DOOR LOCKS POSSIBLY FAILED. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 130,000.
