Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 CHEVROLET EQUINOX. THE CONTACT STATED THAT A GROANING NOISE WAS EMITTED FROM THE STEERING WHEEL WHENEVER IT WAS TURNED AT LOW SPEEDS OR WHILE STOPPED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER, BUT THEY WERE UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.
