2012 FORD EDGE. CONSUMER STATES PROBLEMS WITH VEHICLE HEAD REST *TGW THE CONSUMER STATED FORWARD TILTED HEAD RESTS PRODUCE A LOT OF NECK PAIN WHICH MAY FORCE CONSUMERS TO LOOK FOR DIFFERENT ALTERNATIVES THAT MAY ALTER SAFETY SPECIFICATIONS. THE CONSUMER IS LOOKING FOR A WAY TO REPLACE THE HEAD REST. *JB
