Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 11V574000 (WHEELS:LUGS/NUTS/BOLTS) AND AN APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED IN FEBRUARY TO HAVE THE REPAIRS PERFORMED. THE DEALER INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE PARTS NEEDED TO PERFORM THE RECALL REPAIR WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS LATER CONTACTED AND THEY ADVISED HIM THAT THEY WERE OUT OF PARTS AND WERE NOT SURE AS TO WHEN THE NEXT BATCH WOULD BECOME AVAILABLE. THE VEHICLE HAD YET TO BE REPAIRED.
