TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE REFUELING THE VEHICLE, FUEL SPILLED FROM THE FUEL TANK. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT THE FUEL TANK NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED BUT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 65,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 65,300.
