TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD FOCUS 5,800 MILES. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN STOPPED ON A HILL AND HAVING TO RELEASE THE BRAKE THE VEHICLE ROLLS BACK WARDS. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER, AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS NATURAL FOR THE VEHICLE TO DO THAT. THEY DID NOT OFFER ANY OTHER ASSISTANCE.
