TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 DODGE CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THE SERPENTINE BELT FAILED TWICE IN TWO MONTHS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE OCCURRED WHEN THE WEATHER WAS COLD AND SNOWY. THE CONTACT SPOKE WITH THE DEALER AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM, BUT THAT THERE WAS NO REMEDY AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 109,000.
