Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2005 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE TRAVELING 35 MPH IN RAINY WEATHER CONDITIONS, THE DRIVER CRASHED INTO A TREE THAT HAD FALLEN AND OBSTRUCTED THE ROADWAY. AS THE VEHICLE ROLLED OVER THE IMPALED TREE, ONE OF THE TREE BRANCHES FRACTURED THE FRONT WINDSHIELD AND STRUCK THE DRIVER. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY AND THE DRIVER WAS KILLED. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGES WERE UNKNOWN. UPDATED 04/10/12*LJ UPDATED 06/07/12*JS
