TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 FORD EDGE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT TOXIC WHITE FLAKES WERE BEING EMITTED FROM THE AIR VENTS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER, BUT THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS AWARE THAT THE WHITE FLAKES WERE TOXIC. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 38,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
