TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 FORD EDGE. A LIGHT TAN MATERIAL COVERING THE DASH BOARD REFLECTS ONTO THE WINDSHIELD, WHICH IMPAIRS HIS VISIBILITY. A TECHNICIAN FROM THE DEALER CONCLUDED THAT THE FAILURE WAS A NORMAL CHARACTERISTIC OF THE VEHICLE. HE PURCHASED A DARKER PIECE OF MATERIAL FROM WALMART THAT REMEDIED THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1000. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 28,000.
