Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHRYSLER SEBRING. THE CONTACT STATED THE VEHICLE STALLED NUMEROUS TIMES WITHOUT WARNING WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO PERFORMED A DIAGNOSTIC TEST THAT WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE A FAILURE CODE. THE DEALER CLEANED THE FUEL SYSTEM AND REPLACED THE ENGINE SPARK PLUGS, BUT THE FAILURE WAS NOT CORRECTED. THE VEHICLE CONTINUED TO STALL. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA RECALL CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 08V152000 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: WIRING, AND DENIED ASSISTANCE WITH THE REPAIR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 65,000.
